Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $100,000–$150,000+ Realistic Earnings
Compensation Breakdown
- Base salary: $35,000/year
- 20% commission on recurring pest control sales
- 10% commission on one-time pest control sales
- 5% commission on site improvement (SI) sales
Average Annual Production Per Inspector (2-Rep Model)
- Site improvements: ~$724,500
- One-time pest sales: ~$170,000
- Recurring pest sales: ~$206,600
- Total annual sales responsibility: ~$1.1M per inspector

What You'll Do
Inspect & Diagnose
- Perform detailed inspections of attics, crawl spaces, basements, and exteriors
- Identify pest activity, structural issues, and conducive conditions
- Document findings using photos and inspection software
Consult & Present Solutions
- Walk clients through findings and sell tailored pest control and structural improvement options
- Build trust through transparent, consultative communication
